| The BYRDs Squadding day saw Linda and Noblesse ride the B squad test and finishing 2nd with a score of 81.7 while David Cooper finished 1st after riding the C Squad test and attaining a score of 81. | |

| Here Linda won her first attempt at a Medium with Noblesse and a score of 64%. The pair also secured 1st in the Elementary with 66% while her youngster Wendina picked up 2nd in the Novice with 66%. Meanwhile Heather also had a victorious day onboard Rachel Connor's Wee Nipper finishing 1st in the Novice with 71% and 1st in the Elementary with 65%. | |

| A very good year indeed that saw Linda Thomson win the B squad Final at the BYRDS Inter Regional down in Keysoe, and also win the Petplan Area Festival at Elementary Restricted. She also succeeded to win the Talentspotting qualifier and at the Talentspotting National Final finished a very creditable 6th. | |
| Heather and Matulik started the year by qualifying for the National Championships at Novice, where the finished a slightly tense 14th. Plenty more wins were ensued at Medium and then Advanced Medium where the pair qualified for the Regional Championship. They cruised there way to 3rd in the Medium Regional and 5th in the Advanced Medium Regional. The pair also qualified for the Scottish Championships where they were 1st in the Medium and 6th in the Advanced Medium. This is a very creditable performance as Matulik was only a 6 year old. | |
