Shanter Riding Centre is a friendly, family run facility, set in the most wonderful environment with wonderful views over the sea to Arran and the Mull of Kintyre. We are to be found in the beautiful village of Maidens in South Ayrshire.

Shanter Riding Centre offers a high standard of riding and horsemanship; we are affiliated with the Trekking & Riding Society for Scotland and also work closely with the Ayrshire and Arran Tourist Board.

We can offer beach rides to all ages (from 4 upward) and abilities from beginners to the most experienced.
